Ravi's mathematical ability was evident early, he was solving Class 5 problems in Class 3. Rather than let his talent plateau, Mr. Srinivas Rao, Senior Mathematics Teacher, enrolled Ravi in the school's advanced mathematics track and began coaching him for competitive exams.

The training was rigorous: weekly problem sets that went well beyond the ICSE syllabus, Saturday workshops on combinatorics and number theory, and practice sessions with previous olympiad papers. Ravi thrived under the challenge.

In Class 8, Ravi qualified for the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO), one of only three students from Telangana that year. The achievement earned recognition from the school and the wider mathematical community. Today, in Class 10, Ravi mentors younger students in the school's math club, passing forward the guidance he received.
